Reason for initial contact – Repair internal plaster damage from re-stumping.  Initial scope expanded. (scroll down for before photos)

 

Scope included

Replace lathe and plaster with plasterboard and repair cracking

Repair termite damage

Replace woodwork (skirtings and architraves)

Service timber windows (sash cords and hardware replacement)

Extensive weatherboard repairs

Painting (internal and external)

Front veranda facelift including replace paving and replaced verandah posts

Replace side screen to prevent access to front verandah from laneway

New split system AC

New flat pack wardrobes

LED downlights throughout

New gutters

Thorough clean ready for handover and new tenant.
